I've been trying to stop hating myself recently, because I found that the more I found reasons to dislike myself, the more I deteriorated in those areas, which in turn made me hate myself MORE. I don't think anyone's really reading this but please don't fall down a rabbit hole of self hate, it's genuinely HORRIBLE.

Yes! I’ve never hated myself but I know a lot of friends who do in one way or another and they are always either super modest or super pessimistic with everything and it’s saddening to see😭. It’s also really harmful to dislike yourself because you unintentionally do a lot of unhealthy things and have a poor lifestyle and then eventually it consumes your thoughts😭.
